My name is Rob. I live in County Cork, Ireland.

I am happy to receive any kind of postcard you wish to send. If you want to write to me, I would love to know something about your life and hobbies, your family and pets, your job, where you live, places you have travelled, interesting things you have done, and your dreams for the future.

I studied Philosophy for six years, both in Ireland and in China. I loved every moment, but found it difficult to procure a job. Now, I work as a professional embalmer in a nearby funeral home. I have many other interests, including the following:
-Playing the piano.
-Playing videogames. I'm a lifelong Nintendo fanatic who adores Mario and Zelda in particular! I also thoroughly enjoy Horror games.
-Cycling and hiking around the beautiful Irish countryside during the summer.
-Fishing.
-Playing badminton.
-Listening to music. Many different composers, groups, and genres, including Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, videogame music from Mario and Zelda, Rammstein, Ghost, Hans Zimmer, and many others.
-Jogging outdoors.
-Playing with my cats.
-Painting. Mostly people and things from movies, TV shows, and video games.
- Soap-making.
- Salsa / Bachata dancing.
- Cookery.
-Reading. Mostly fiction and philosphy. My favourite book is H.D. Thoreau's Walden; or, Life in the Woods. I also adore Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
-Watching films. I love Horrors, and recommend The VVitch and Hereditary! My favourite film however is Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey; there's simply no other movie like it.
-Watching TV shows. Some of my favourites include Mr. Bean, Keeping Up Appearances, Rome, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, The Simpsons, The Boondocks, Game of Thrones, The Expanse, and Black Mirror.
-Eating chocolate; my favourite treat snack!
