I have met people from all over the world through my work.
I have always had a cat or two. I can even speak "Cat".
I love to wander in the forests and pick berries and/or mushrooms (summer/fall).
Birds are my new hobby: I try to recognize 100 different species this year. Last year's saldo was only 54. End of March: 23, and the migrant birds just start to arrive!
I am from Helsinki / Espoo (nearby) and love the Baltic Sea . For 15 years I lived near the lakes. Finland has over 100 000 lakes. The Finnish cuisine includes lots of fish.
I have travelled mainly in Europe, especially Spain and France, once in Canada and Indonesia.

I'm interested in cooking, so I'd love to receive postcards with receipes, pictures of fruit, vegetables or fish, that are important in your country's cuisine. Or kitchenware typical for your country.
