My name is Retno. I am an Indonesian living in Bonn to pursue my Ph.D. degree. I got my master's degree from Taiwan and ever conducted research in Japan and South Korea (that's the reason I speak a little Japanese, Korean, and Chinese).

I live with my daughter, my son, and my husband. I love blogging, travel writing, backpacking and traveling, learning languages, and map collecting.
