I am a librarian and collect everything about mice and rats.
My collection is the biggest in the world and so I am holder of a Guinness Book Record from 2014 - then I had 47.398 items. Now I got more than 50.000 of them. They "live" in every room of our big house. There are figures, books, pieces of art, toys, puppets, stamps, and of course postcards. I keep them in showcases, albums, boxes, or hanging on the walls. (Years ago I had rats as pets, but now I got a dog from an animal's shelter.) So I would be very happy to get cards about these my favorite animals! If you cannot find any rodent for me I would also be happy about a nice view of your home town or country. Or would you like to paint or draw a mouse or rat for me?
Dear friends in Asia: I am deeply sorry and sad that the year of the rat 2020 was such a horrible one because of the covid 19 pandemic. I had hoped that the year of the rat 2020 would be a happy and wonderful one! But if you still got some "year of the rat" greeting or gratulation cards for me I would be overwhelmed.
Dear friends in Russia: if you ever come over a card from the little mousy town of Myshkin, I would be also overwhelmed!
