I'm a college student (taking a break for now) studying foreign languages and international business. I work at a record store and it's the best job ever! I'm a Northerner, but live in the South near the beach and I love it; however, I'm starting to feel like it's time for me to find a new home again.

My hobbies are photography, cooking/baking, sewing, traveling, hiking, painting, and playing guitar. I collect records, postcards, and pressed pennies.

I'm really into pop culture. As far as music goes, I like indie rock, 80s music, and some other weird stuff. I love old sci-fi movies, campy horror movies and things that make me think. I try not to be too into TV, but I really like Gilmore Girls, Carnivale, The Big Bang Theory, and True Blood.

I love all kinds of postcards but I really like handmade/recycled cards and art cards (especially photography and modern art), city views, great nature views, and weird, kitschy things! Also, I'm always looking for any cards of the weird roadside attraction type things in the US (think Route 66), neon signs, old hotels, tourist traps, etc. Also, I'm not easily offended, so if you have cards you're afraid to send to other people, I will give them a good home! :) I like cute little animals too - my favorites are foxes, otters, koalas, kittens, seahorses, and rabbits. Jackalope and jackrabbit postcards are also very welcome.

Nikola Tesla is my favorite scientist, and possibly my favorite person, ever! So if I ever receive a Tesla postcard or stamp, I will be completely overjoyed. :)

I really enjoy any card that I receive though, so please, send what you will! I prefer to receive cards that are written and stamped - but if for some reason you wish to send in an envelope, it's not going to ruin my day!
