my name is Premysl, im working as dispatcher in the transport company.
I live in city Znojmo, south Moravia near from Austrian border. Our region is famous for its wine, pickles, history and nice neighborhood (national park Podyji-Thayatal).

I often send views from Austria with an Austrian stamp. Yes, the reason is the price, while in Austria a stamp costs EUR 1.20 in the Czech Republic, CZK 44 = EUR 1.85. Considering the fact that there are significantly fewer Austrian postcrossing members than Czech ones, there is an opportunity to get a look with an Austrian stamp. Thank you for understanding.

Appeal for all Russian poscrossers. In the 21st century, your president has decided to seize Ukraine by force and weapons. It's not a special operation, as Putin calls it, when they shoot and destroy everything, it's a war. Your soldiers are destroying cities, kindergartens, schools and hospitals here. The civilian population suffers the most, losing their homes, friends and pets, which they are forced to leave when fleeing, as a result of this war. Among them are those with whom we talked until recently, now they have other worries. Mothers with children flee to the safety provided by Europe - most notably Poland, the Czech Republic, Moldova, Romania, Hungary. Please help stop this madman and not let him destroy the lives and property of innocent people.
