Hi y'all! I'm a mama and bartender from Austin, Texas, and a long-time postcard collector. Since becoming a mama, I've been trying to start a collection for my daughter, Rêve- sending her postcards from long vacations, road trips, day trips, ANYWHERE- mostly as a handwritten way to chronicle our adventures- but also to encourage adventure, curiosity, and cultural tolerance. I'm trying to raise a thoughtful, informed and educated little one! So please, send a postcard to my sweet Rêve with recipes, stories, children's book recommendations, anything about you or where you come from. I love postcards of local sites, candid photos, local language, local holiday cards, recipes, animals- anything you love or represents the identity of where you are-ANYTHING! Tell us about your favorite local band, cuisine, what you did today, history or other interesting/random facts about your hometown:) My hope is that I will collect postcards from every country:):):)!!!
