About Palla...

I am a retired High School science teacher. Prior to that I was in the US Army for 10 years and traveled through Europe (that was in the 1970's). I have always loved postcards! i have collected them from the time I was very young.

I love receiving cards of any theme - store bought or hand made.

It will be wonderful to receive notes on the cards, reflecting what you are doing at the time. Everyday life is so fascinating! I don't think there is anything I'm not interested in.

Although I only speak English with any fluency, I can read some German and do not mind if you write your card in that language as it will help me improve. I hope to get better writing German as time goes on.

I would be interested in cards that show the flag of your country, state, province, etc.
I also love maps.

My hobbies are needlework and reading. I knit, crochet, embroider, cross stitch, etc.
If you have a book from your country that you think would be a great read for curious minds, let me know! I try to get and read books that have been recommended.

Thank you for your time! ~ Pälla
