I am a scientist living in the Boston area. I have several hobbies that include making electronic gadgets, knitting/crocheting, sewing, woodworking, and basically anything that involves creating something useful and fun.

I live with my husband and we have pet society finches. We started with 2 and I let them have babies and now we have 9 (with one more adopted not hatched) They are a lot of fun to talk to. I love nature and animals. I really enjoy bug identification forums and bird watching forums. I enjoy looking at Google maps and Wikipedia pages of cities and places from where I receive post cards.

I also love the Sun, Astronomy, Physics, Geology, Chemistry and occasionally Biology.
