About Maerose...

Hello, fellow Postcrosser!

My name is Maerose! I'm a Filipina who loves traveling, hiking, geocaching, reading and watching films and TV series (and Postcrossing of course). I have two bachelor degrees - education and nursing. I only practice nursing now, though. ;-) And I'm starting my masters in geriatric healthcare this autumn. I've been living in Norway for 5 years now, 3 years with my Swedish husband, in a really nice and quiet place surrounded by nature. Connecting with the rest of the world thru this amazing platform makes me happy.

Postcards in Favorites are already received. Please send a different one. Thank you :)

If it's not too much, please send the postcard written and stamped. I especially love lali cards, Inge Löök (I already have no. 6, 20, 23, 66), map cards, and daisy/daisies. I also like art cards and "single-view" tourist cards (as long as I haven't received a similar card from before), but feel free to send any of your favorite cards. And if you decide to send a tourist postcard, please send one with a spot from the country of origin.

I appreciate if you write something on the back. I speak Tagalog, English and Norwegian, and can understand some Danish and Swedish, so feel free to use any of these languages. Perhaps you could answer the question: What made you smile today? OR What's your favorite vacation spot? OR What is the most important life hack you have learned so far? Or write something about you and your country or city. I have visited many places and perhaps, my hubby and I will visit yours someday. Total visited countries: 23
And please put the date on. ;-)

I will register cards as soon as I receive it. Please don't spoil the surprise. Thanks! ♥

2020 Received postcards (with better resolution and some description):
For my penpals/postcard pals:

PS. Don't worry about scanning the postcard before sending. I'd like to scan and post them the way they look when I receive them - either in perfect condition or with battlescars aka dents from travel, etc. :-)
