Hi, my name is Piotr. I come from Poland but currently live with my lovely family in a small English town called Dunstable.
I am very happy to join postcrossing community.
Reasons??
First of all I have always loved to get mail. There is no single day without checking a mailbox!
Secondly, I love to receive cards. I hope I love as much sending them:)

PLAESE NO CHRISTMAS CARDS!!!!!

I am happy to receive any postcards. However I am obsessed with Geography: beautiful landscape scenes, places where you live, different cultures and languages cards would be appreciated.
Choosing a card for me cannot be easier: just think of something I would like to see if I came to your area.
I really like the touristy cards (with flags and maps on them), native or wild animals, sunsets and sunrises, beaches and mountains.

My surname in Polish means a pear so any card with that juicy fruit more than welcome:)

Other areas of interest:

* BOOKS. I love them!!!
( any cards with bookshops, writers, poets and their homes, places where a book was written)

* CLASSICAL MUSIC
( cards with composers and their houses, opera houses, concert halls would be appreciated. I listen to many different genres of music, although I am into classical and smooth jazz more than others.

* HISTORY
( historic buildings, castles, tempels, churches, abbeys, mosques, UNESCO heritage sites, narrow and/or cobbled streets and paths)

What's the most important I would like to know something about YOU. So don't forget to write what you are reading these days or where you travelling to for your holidays or what the postcard is about. Please remember to write whatever you want. THE LONGER THE BETTER!
And don't worry because I will be more than happy with your own choice of card:)

If you speak Chinese, Japanese or Korean write me something in your language and remember to translate it:)

If you live in Australia (I lived in Sydney for 3 years) send a card with a beautiful beach or ocean.
