First of all. If you love postcards and love making people smile I encourage you to visit http://www.sendkidstheworld.com and consider sending a card to a sick child somewhere around the world. Or find some other way to make someone smile (https://butterflycoins.org/).
My name is Mareike and I just moved to Germany from England, which is very exciting. I love reading, cooking, yoga and traveling and I'm a trained cancer scientist and I work in Hamburg.
If you are stuck for things to write to me, tell me about yourself, recommend a book or share a recipe.
Thank you for any postcards I will receive.
I am sure I will love whatever you chose for me.
I do like pretty postcards and nice stamps.
If possible (and not burden/too expensive) I'd appreciate postcards in envelopes. The post here can be pretty brutal and I have received many letters and postcards shoved into my mailbox and damaged from it. If you put them in an envelope there's a higher chance the card will make it to me in one piece.
