About Paula...

Hello!
I'm Paula and I'm from the Canary Islands (Spain), but I'm living in Ireland since few years now and I'm in love with this country and it's people.
I love travelling, meet new people and other cultures (and taste their food), I like when I receive a postcard and someone recomend me an unusual place to visit in his/her country. For example: do you know that the Canary Islands are 8 now? We were 7 Islands until last year (2018) when La Graciosa joined the club (beautiful and paceful island I have to say).

Few things about me:
I work as hairstylist, makeup artist and wiggie in Opera, Theatre, Film and TV and I love it. This job gives me the oportunity to travel around Ireland and other countries, and meet people from all over the world!
We are seven in my family: my parents, my brother, our three dogs and I. I grew up in Tegueste, a quiet village in the north side of Tenerife.
I love sweets and chocolates!
My favourite food is my mum's Spanish omelette, it's so taaaaaaaasty!
The place I'll love to visit is Japan.

I will love any postcard that you want to send me, but if you need any idea I like the following themes:
- Landscapes or city views from your country
- Old houses, windows, doors,...
- Tulips
- Disney
- Gustav Klimt
- Frida Kahlo (I love her)
- Audrey Hepburn
- Dogs (especially boxers)
- Star Wars
- Marvel
- Geishas
- Maps
- Volcanoes
- Black and white
- Something that you think I will like

Please, write something about you and your country, I love learning about other people and for me that is the best part! You can tell me something about you, your town, music that you like, books, movies... anything!
I feel sad when someone just write Happy Postcrossing in the back of the postcard.
I also like to collect coins and stamps, I love stamps!
PLEASE: If you are from the US, can you use a "Frida Kahlo" stamp? I will be the happiest person in the world!

Thank you for reading and happy mailbox!
Paula
