About Jane...

I am someone who was born and raised up in the countryside but later in life I have lived in different cities throughout Estonia. At the moment I am living in our capital city Tallinn. I honestly cannot say which life I would prefer more because with city life I have everything at my hand but when living in the countryside the nature and fresh air was everywhere I wanted to go.

I like to read and write stories, I'm trying to write my own blog but I'm not very persisting on it. I enjoy to travel, play hockey, crossword puzzles, photography (though, still in learning stages), collect quotes. I love psychology, human mind, biographies. I'm interested of old things, history. Love baby-animals, nature and paintings which are not typical but have deeper meaning (one of my favorites was Vermeer).

With my travels I have been in Latvia, but only for few days. Longer I could stay when visiting Sweden, Finland, Germany, South Korea (been there twice and still wanting to go back), China. Mostly I am fascinated with Asian culture.

If you're interested what kind of postcards I would love to get the most, here are some recommendations:

* baby animals,
* about love (but NOT Valentine's cards!!)
* about historical people, dresses, paintings
* I love rocks, the sea, beach
* something about Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Asia (but NOT something that has religious meaning!!!)
* about seasons (but NOT Christmas etc. cards!!!)
* about little children
* cards with quotes or something like that
* I don't like violence and spiritism

I would be very grateful about these themes! Of course it's okay to send me something lovely whichever you choose.. Also it's okay to send your postcard in an envelope, I don't mind!

There's one thing, still, which makes me sad sometimes, it's very sloppy handwriting. The one which is so-so sloppy that it is not understandable at all and it would have better, sadly, to send a card without any writing on it.. I always want to take time to write on the postcard, not with a hurry just to be done with it. It's just so sad not to get to translate any word at all! Please - take your time when writing one, it will bring much more joy if the recipient can understand your writing! Thank you for taking time and care!

And I really want to thank you very much for your attention! Wish you all the best!!
