My favourite postcard is:
-"Gone with the wind", "Pride and prejudice", „Children from Bullerbyn” and other books Jane Austen, Margaret Mitchell and Astrid Lindgren
-sport obiects, skiing
-carusels
-people, babies, couples (for example weddings) - this is one of my favourite type of postcards
-cats, beautiful things, animals, food, glitter cards etc.
-funny, comical pictures, memes
-mathematics (mathematicians, formules, fractales, polihedrons...), physics (phisycians, formules, experiences...), universities
-cold war, propaganda posters - USRR or USA, or other propaganda posters
-Russian postcards! I will be glad if you send me postcard with Russian monuments, orthodox churches, Red Place, Kreml, USSR card, cold war, space race...
You can check my favorites (for example from your country) if you haven't got any idea, that's postcards which I haven't.

Please, write more than "happy postcrossing", for example about your dreams, important things in your life or your favourite dessert or other food. I like postcards with a lot of text in. I'm looking forward your stories :)
