About Heidi...

Hello! :)

I'm Heidi and I live with my family (husband, three kids and an irish setter called Toma) in a small town called Kouvola in Finland. I work as a special education teacher in preschool. I enjoy reading, walking in the forrest and spending time with my family and friends :)

Any kind of card will make me happy!! :) Don't worry if you don't have any from my suggestions, just pick one from your pile :)

Here are some suggestions:
-Irish setter <3
-wild animals
-Disney
-map of your town/country, all kinds of maps
-famous person or art by a famous person in your country
-children's books/book characters or children's book illustrations in your country
-fairy tales
-vintage cards
-royalty
-3D cards
-colourful cards
-Harry Potter
-Tintin

I don't like army, weapons etc. cards :(

It would be nice to read something about your life, family, hobbies..etc or about your country, how's the weather right now etc. It is also intersting to hear how kindergarten and preschool are organized in your country: what age do kids go to preschool, how many children are there in a group and how many teachers etc. or maybe your memories from kindergarten and preschool? :)

*POSTCROSSERS FROM USA: I'm collecting mapcards of the states, this kind of card would make me really happy :) I'm still missing cards from these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Kentucky, Lousiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and West Virginia. I also like mapcards that show the USA and all the states.

*POSTCROSSERS FROM GERMANY: Please write in German :) I have studied German in school years ago, but unfortunatelly I have forgotten a lot of it, but maybe through postcrossing my rusty German skills get better! :D

Happy postcrossing! :)
