My name is Abran from the metro Los Angeles area in California, USA. I'm 42 years old, speak 6 languages and have reading proficency in more than 20. I am a collector of stamps, postcards, traditional culture goods, transit/smart cards and rarities.

I love travelling as I have been to the following countries:

This year marks my 27th anniversary in postcard collecting and 30th anniversary in philately.

I listen to all kinds of music, mostly 50s to early 90s, house, trance, K-Pop, J-Pop, Spanish rock, music simulation game music, EDM, swing/big band,
instrumental music, cumbia and upbeat stuff.

Favourite things are to visit LA, coastal towns, gastronomy, dancing, photography, karaoke, bubble tea, linguistics, origami making, cooking, ice hockey, hats, purikura (Japanese photo booths), gastronomy, Kamen Rider, history, transit systems, historical and UNESCO Sites, Japan and global things, Guinea pigs, etc.

I like Sailor Moon, Pokémon (Pocket Monsters), Dragon Ball Z/Super, Marvel, DC, Kamen Rider, My Hero Academia, Saint Seiya, Demon Slayer/鬼滅の刄, Card Captor Sakura, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, Tex Avery and Hanna-Barbera cartoons, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Detective Conan, Doraemon, Studio Ghibli films, etc

I like different kinds of postcards, especially picturesque and unique images based on my interests mentioned. (See favourites for ones I've already received or haven't received yet). Self made cards are welcome too.

I am against anything involving war and political related things. Violence never solves anything
