About Olga...
Hello,world!
My name is Olga. 24 hours are never enough for me to do all the things I planned :))
I am from Belarus originally, but now for now I live in the beautiful city of Cardiff, Wales.
One day I hope to get a postcard from the Antacrtica, Easter Island, Iceland and Greenland. I also collect many things - horse figures and images and Christmas decorations from around the world, and books "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez & "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry in different languages. Feel free to contribute :))))
I'd love postcards with:
1. Nightview;
2. Mountains (I love them!!!)
3. Dogs, horses, pinguins, wolves, or your specific local animals or birds, or insects;
4. Black&white, vintage postcards with city life/architecture;
5. Watercolour/ pencil drawn/ graphics/ reprints of famous artists;
6. Maps(national/local/states maps, maps of subway/bus/tram lines/, historic maps);
7. Rain/fog ;
8. Roads in the countryside;
9. Windows that are typical for your country/area;
10. Alcohol-related cards (NOT about being drunk, but just with your local bottle of alcohol or something nice);
11.Your city views.
12. Markets.
13. Thomas Kinkade pictures.
14. The Little Prince.
15. Alice in Wonderland pictures.
16. Racing cars (WRC, ERC, rally -especially).
17. Christmas and New Year cards around December - January.
Birthday cards around January.
I would love nice and original STAMPS.
Please, don't forget to write a date on your card.
I'd appreciate SINGLE-VIEW postcards with no envelopes.
Please, write more than just 'hello' (handwriting is better than typed cards) Tell me about yourself, your story, what makes you happy, or put a quote you like.
For Postcrossers from Great Britain: I'd love to get cards/stamps with Harry Potter characters, or anything related to the British culture (like the Beatles stamps, and etc.)
For postcrossers from Latin America: I'd love cards/stamps with your local culture, indigineous people, flora and fauna.
P.S. At the moment I don't have a scanner so if you do have a chance to scan the card before sending it, that'd be great!
P.P.S. I just recently found out about a wonderful website: http://www.sendkidstheworld.com/ If you want to make some of the children with severe illnesses happy, you can send them postcards, too!
Thank you! Happy postcrossing!
