I live in Maine, in the northeast United States. This region of the country, New England, is quite enchanted, especially in autumn with all the brilliantly colored leaves. It's my favorite time of year! I especially love postcards showing vintage scenes, folk art from your country, landscapes, historical places of interest, but all postcards showing something about your country/region are very welcome. :-) PLEASE-no free or generic cards that could be from anywhere- I'd really love to see what you want to show me of your country. I'd also love to hear what it's like where you live! I live in a suburban town of 18,000 just outside Portland, Maine's largest city. I love penpalling, music, movies, history, nature, languages, photography, books, animals, and traveling.

It would also be fun if you could write "hello" or some other expression to me in your own language as I love languages! I speak French as a second language and know a wee bit of German too, but I love to read and hear languages from around the world.
