About Midori...

During the past few years, my eyesight has been failing little by little.
I'm glad if you write cards CLEARLY IN BIG LETTERS (BIG FONTS).

Hi! My name is Midori. I live in Kobe in Japan.
I'm retired, married and have one grown daughter.
l love traveling, reading crime/detective novels, watching movies, "ikebana"(Japanese traditional flower arrangement), sudoku, tea and walking on tree-lined roads.
I'm really interested in history, culture and religion especially in Medieval Age. I like the cards of castles, churches, monasteries, ruins, clocktowers, traditional costume etc.
I traveled to many countries and one of my favorite country is Ireland. Cards of Ireland are welcomed very much.
I also love nature and especially the landscape with the MOON really fascinates me. Love cliffs, rocks, and mountains, too. I'm looking forward to the stunning landscapes.
I start mornings with a cup of tea and drink several cups every day, particularly when reading books. So, I like the cards of tea and books.

I prefer real PHOTOGRAPHS to drawings or paintings.
I prefer single view cards to multi-view cards.
It would be nice if you wrote the date on your card.

Please AVOID Japanese cards because I already know very much about Japan :D

Please don't send things other than a card.
Just ONE beautiful card makes me happy.

I write my address on envelopes just for the Postal service.
It doesn't mean to ask you thank-you cards.

One more thing:
Please write your NAME(or nickname) on your card CLEARLY.
I don't like to say "thank you" to nameless people.

Happy Postcrossing!
