Hello,

My name is Nevenka.

I am a history teacher and my students introduced me to Postcrossing years ago. Since then, writing cards has been my favorite hobby.

I live in a very small village, my home is surrounded by fields and forests. Sometimes life in the village is slow and a little lonely. I really like reading novels, I love summer days with hot weather and along the coast.

Postcrossing is a welcome escape from everyday life at a time when we are all in a hurry and burdened with daily commitments. I find it wonderful to have someone on the other side of the world take a moment for me, pick a card, and write me a few words. I, too, enjoy trying to find the right card for you. And when I get home from work, I’m always looking forward to checking my mail in the mailbox. All the cards that come are a little surprise and a gift that brightens my day. I also like tourist cards, castles and sea.
