About netjane...

I am a mother of two boys, 6 and 3 years old and a baby girl who turned 1 in May.

I love pretty things and regularly visit thrift shops looking for a bargain! I love vintage jewellery, handbags & scarves and may have a slight addiction as my collection is taking over my wardrobe! I enjoy baking - My secret talent is baking a fantastic malva pudding, a traditional South African dessert.

We have built a new house, so a lot of my time is spent trying to establish a garden and moving furniture around! I love decorating!

I like folk art and traditional crafts. My favourite collections are my Swedish horses from Dalarna, my Russian dolls and my Japanese Kokeshi dolls.

I enjoy traveling and have visited 30 countries. I hope to be able to travel more once my kids are a bit bigger, there is still lots to see of the world!

I love reading about postcrossers' lives - please write something about your day/life!

I have no specific preferences regarding postcards and welcome any card I receive, handmade or free cards welcome! In fact, send me your ugliest card (we all have one), as long as you tell me why you hate it! My favorites show cards I've received and general cards I like. And feel free to go overboard with decorations, I love it! More is more and less is a bore!
