Hi,

My name is Jaanika. I am living in a tiny village of 16 households in the Northern Estonia ~40km outside the city, with my husband and our 3 children.

My main interests are dogs, orchids, gardening and I LOVE to knit and crochet (wish I had much more time for all that :)) We have 2 dogs (Yorkshire terrier and a Chinese Crested PP), but I would like to have one more (a really big one besides these miniature figures :)), but this has to wait though, until I can spare enough time and effort. We also have 2 cockatiels.

Here is a short list of cards I especially like (folded cards in envelopes are also very welcome):

- children (photos!) - my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE subject :)
- dogs (photos!, but no dogs with clothes or sunglasses or in any other unnatural situation)
- anything to do with knitting and crocheting (yarns, needles, crochet hooks, someone knitting etc)
- bicycle
- Eiffel tower in any possible way (photos or drawings, big or small, tourist cards or some funny cards etc)
- Volkswagen hippie van
- umbrella (photos!- any possible composition- someone holding an umbrella, just an umbrella, coloured, black'n'white etc size or situation)
- KEEP CALM... and other cards with witty/funny etc sentences
- RAIJA NOKKALA cards from Finland (really love her work :-))
- EKATERINA CHEKALINA cards
- Royal Mail cards from UK (the ones with large stamp on the front side)
- cards with concert/theatre/movie add or poster (from the past and contemporary, can be free cards as well)
- equally square-shaped cards (any subject)
- Kakapo bird cards from New Zealand (just LOVE this wonderful bird!)

But don't worry if you don't have a card from the list, any card you decide to send me is really welcome and if it is accompanied by nice stamps then my day will be made! (though I'm not very fond of the typical tourist city-view cards- hope that it didn't sound very picky now :) )

If you do not know what to write then just draw me something, put stickers or be creative in any way you like :-)

A few notes:

I do not scan postcards as I don't have a scanner and I'm a poor photographer.

I do not register cards that I have never really received- otherwise it feels like cheating to me.

I am open to PRIVATE SWAPS, but I would like to receive ONLY card(s) in connection with the WISHLIST in my profile, or a card from my Postcrossing FAVOURITES. Please, take the time and take a look at these two. Of course I will also try to fulfill your wish for a card if it's anyhow in my power, just let me know :) I am not picky at all during the regular Postcrossing card-exchange, but in case of a private swap I would like to receive my most-liked cards. I also do not send money or stamps or magnets etc. Thank you for understanding! :)
