59 yrs young heart attack survivor! I am also a yoga teacher, mobile dog groomer, vegan, dog lover and foster caretaker for senior dogs. I used to run a pet food pantry for 10yrs. I live in central Maryland.

I love learning about other people and their lives. I'm a people watcher, people are fascinating!

I pretty much took off 2023 on Postcrossing and miss the sending and receiving cards so I'm back to it.

I turn 60 in March! I've started seriously weight lifting last year and am excited at transforming my body even at 60. It can be done!
