My name is Rachel and I'm a 27 year old English teacher whose passion is baking!

I love reading, swimming, traveling, and gardening! Actually, I have a TON of hobbies, but probably way too many to list here!!

I have just finished my ESL career in South Korea where I was a teacher of the English language for students between ages 4-16! I lived in Korea for 4 years total and loved it, but it is now time for Ireland!
