I am Elena from Russia. I live in a big city, Perm, on the Urals.

I am fond of postcards! It's such a fun to find a nice postcard from the other end of the world in your mail-box! I have a small collection of postcards which mostly consists of the Soviet postcards issued in 40-80s of the last century. Now contemporary postcards from all over the world fill it up.
I work as a librarian in the University library and like reading. If you happen to find a postcard about libraries or books it will be great!
If a postcard have a quote on it, I'll be very glad to recieve it or you may write your favourite quote yourself , it will help me to get to know something about you.
As I love nature:plants, gardens, animals and birds, postcards with all these are welcome! Cats are also my favourites!
But I will be also pleased to recieve postcards with persons of your country (royals, politicians, writers and actors and so on).
I am fond of black and white postcards,too.They have a special charm.
I am also interested in fashion, the 60s especially.
City views and landscapes of your country are welcome,too, as they tell so much of the country!
But of course you can send any card you like and I will be glad to have it - all cards are interesting!
