I've been collecting postcards all my life, but it's not as much fun to buy them myself (even if it is part of some lovely and exotic travel event).

I love cards that show something of the place you are sending them from. For example a pretty landscape, a montage of unique things from your city or town, a controversial building design or street art. I'm particularly keen on architecture and streetscapes or landscapes, I like when the old is mixed with the new but I also like them separate too :D

If you send me an art card tell me why you picked it and what you love about the work. Homemade cards and cards made from your own photographs are brilliant, send them please!

All the cards you send go on the wall of my cubicle at work, every card is welcome and valued (yes even the ad cards - provided they are clever or artistic - otherwise I'll just be a little bit disappointed).

I'm also a fan of languages, so if you are a non-English or bilingual writer please write a line or two for me in whatever language/script you are most comfortable with or like best. I'll try and translate them for myself (although you're welcome to help me out with that!)

Did you send me a postcard and it hasn't been registered yet? Is it weeks or even months since you dropped it in the postbox? Please let me know, sometimes the mail is delayed, but anything over 30 days is unusual. Don't wait and wonder, drop me a note!
