About Jennifer...

I like to get any type of mail from around the world; especially pictures of things that represent your culture. People working, musicians, traditional celebrations, landmarks. I am into macro photography and also love scenery pictures. I am also a bit silly, so any odd, crazy, or fun postcard would be welcome as well. Oh, and i have two grandchildren I share these with, so children can be a plus too! I guess really, I like anything you will send.

I’d love if you’d pick three numbers between 1 and 10 answer the questions below that match those numbers:
1 How do you like to spend a rainy day?
2 Why do you like living in this area?
3 Do you like coffee or tea?
4 What do you eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner/dessert?
5 What did you eat today?
6 Would you rather see the future or change the past?
7 What is your favorite holiday?
8 What is your favorite Christmas activity?
9 What is your favorite Christmas carol?
10 What is something you learned from your grandparents (or parents)?

My answers:
1 it very rarely rains here, but when it does I love curling up with an iced cold coke watching a movie!
2 I love that the weather is generally always nice and sunny!
3 I am a huge tea drinker!
4 for breakfast usually eggs and potatoes, lunch sandwich, chips, and fruit, dinner meat, salad, cooked vegetables, and rice or other grain, dessert ice cream!
5 I’m writing this after breakfast, I just had some hash browns and an omelet with cheese, peppers, and sausage
6 I’d want to see the future. I don’t want to change the past, it’s what makes us who we are, but I would like to prepare myself for what’s to come.
7 probably Christmas and Easter tie. I love Christmas for the family togetherness, but Easter (or Pascha in the Orthodox Church) is so beautiful and centering for me.
8 every Christmas Eve my husband and I go look at all the Christmas lights on the houses.
9 Do you hear what I hear!
10 my grandma taught me you are never too old to learn something new or learn how to do things differently. She was 80 when she bought her first home computer and was a master at surfing the Internet by the time she passed.
