Hello all you wonderful people of Postcrossing!

My name is Susan Minhtrang Nguyen and I am from sunny California, USA. I am a Vegan, Vietnamese, 38, happily married with a beautiful daughter and 2 adorable rescue pups named Jumbo (Chihuahua mix), Pepsi (Chesapeake Bay Retriever), a whole bunch of Koi fishes (too many to count), 8 chickens & 2 love birds (Pebbles & Bam Bam.) As you can see my passion are animals. I am currently a volunteer at 2 local rescue centers and recently joined Peta. Besides rescuing animals, my other passions are collecting silver, copper & gold rounds, bars, ingots, old world currency, stamps, Sharpies & Pokemon cards. Your probably thinking I am nuts maybe a little but its fun & I enjoy it. I also love the outdoors and we hike every weekend and go deep sea fishing as often as I can. I also love to eat. I am a vegan so options are limited but when we do go out, its never to the same place. We like to look for something different every time. I just discovered my new favorite food is a vegan dish from Germany called Spargelcremesuppe (not sure spelling is correct) must try it ... yummy ..yummy...

I am a business major and graduated college with a degree in business management and joined the Cisco family. My 4th year I decided the entire corporate aspect wasn't for me. I was tired & bored of doing the same things everyday so I left my job and earned a cosmetology license and I love it! Every client that sits in my chair is a new challenge and I enjoy that. I have been a cosmetologist for 15 years and currently studying real estate hoping to get my salesperson certificate in 2 weeks (fingers crossed.)

I was introduced to Postcrossing from a friend and joined nearly a year ago and I love it. What a fun & exciting way to meet people around the world. Well thank you for taking the time to read my profile and hope we will have the chance to exchange postcards soon.
