Hello and thank you for sending me a postcard!

I am a middle-aged freelance writer, first of books and articles and later of educational media (mostly history). For several years I've been writing screenplays and making films. I lived in Australia years ago, and visited England, Italy, Canada very briefly, and a few U.S. states (not enough).

What do I like? Birds. Bears. Spices! Bright colorful images. Medieval art and castles. Fifes and drums. William Shakespeare. Amazing photographs, artworks, or artifacts. Playing cards. Pictures of food are fun! Famous classic movies. Two youngsters in the house love seashells, LEGO, rocks/crystals/gemstones, and Mario.

We would love to hear about you! Tell us about the postcard you chose, the best thing that ever happened to you, or your biggest wish. Or you can write your favorite quote, favorite author, or favorite movie. Tell us about yourself!

No need for an envelope--just the card. (Unusual stamps are a bonus but not expected.) Please save advertising cards, pictures of cats, or very large cards for another Postcrossing member who will love them.

I register cards the same day I receive them, unless I am on vacation. If you sent me a card that has expired (over 60 days), please message me with the number!
