Thank you in advance for your postcard!

I joined Postcrossing several years ago and paused the account when I had to move for work ... and then March 2020 happened and the rest is ... well, you know.

I live in a small town off of the Trans-Canada highway and along the Northshore of Lake Superior.

I teach math to students in grades 9-12 at the local high school. I really enjoy sharing my love of of the subject with a variety of people. If you have a good math joke/pun, please share!

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on nature walks, snowshoeing in the winter, and camping in the summer, as well as cooking, baking, reading, and knitting. I'm planning on learning to crochet in the coming year, but we will see what happens.

I am also trying to get better at gardening, but I seem to have a bit of a black thumb, but I do enjoy looking at flowers and other plants.

I have two cats, Darcy and Mal, who both enjoy cuddles, naps, and playing fetch!
