About Rachel...

Hi! My name is Rachel. I'm married, and my dog, Bandit, and my cat, Leroy, are my babies. I spend most of my free time crafting, sewing, reading, or following true crime. I listen to a few different true crime podcasts and watch most any true crime show I find. (SSDGM!)

I'm interested in connecting with new people! I love to learn about different things, places, and people around the world. I would like to receive post cards about the things others enjoy. For example, a post card about your role model, a hobby you like, your favorite place to visit, your favorite animal, your faith or religion. The possibilities are endless! Also, I love anything witty, ridiculous, and sarcastic! Bring on the dark humor. I look forward to sharing post cards and the story of our world!

Lastly, I really enjoy making my own cards, so I hope you appreciate that sort of thing. :) I will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS welcome creativity with the cards that you send! However, please don't let the things that I've written overwhelm you! Just share what you have, and I promise I will love it to pieces!!

Special request #1: I live in Michigan now, but I'm originally from Alabama. If you're from the Southern US I'd love to have nature postcards from back home and please include the temperature.

Special request #2: If you are a follower of Christ, please feel free to share your favorite Bible verse or a verse that has spoken to you recently!

Special request #3: I've started doing yoga to help with my strength and help cope with fibromyalgia pain. If you practice yoga, I'd love a yoga related postcard, or you can share a pose in your writing.

(P.S. I've recently started putting my return address on the post cards I send out. I've had a problem with some post cards being lost, and I've even been lucky enough to get some of the back for insufficient postage. The return address ensures that if there are any issues, I have a chance to make corrections so that I'm still able to send them out into the world. Please do not feel obligated to mail anything back to me! I'm not currently enrolled in direct swaps.)
