Hi,

My name is MJ (Mary Jane) and I live in Denver, Colorado, USA, with my wonderful husband and our dog. Colorado has been my home for most of my life. I have also lived in Iowa and Minnesota. By day I'm a massage therapist and massage therapy educator. In my spare time I am a self-published author of my travelogues from my adventures. My first book, "Of Elephants and Motorbikes", was published in March 2017.

I love to travel and have adventures as much as possible! For the last several years I have traveled to Thailand for massage therapy training and to volunteer with elephants (the focus of my book). Now I think it is time to turn my travel plans to other countries. I have never been south of the equator (not yet). I also love to swim, bike and do pretty much any activity that keeps me healthy and active.

Any postcards are welcome... favorite art, funny, homemade, interesting. I especially love postcards from Inkognito! Touristy cards are my least favorite as I do Postcrossing more to connect with people than to see other places in the world.. I'm more interested in postcard themes and messages that tell me about you. Most important is that you chose a card that makes you happy to send.

Please tell me at least one thing that makes you happy (if you want). Some of the things that make me happy are: sunshine, starry nights, walking in the grass in my bare feet, hugs... :-) I would also like to hear what good things happened in 2017 or a goal you have for 2018.
