Hi, my name is Melina. I live in Lithuania and I am 17 years old. I had difficult times and I stopped doing what I loved. Now I am recovering little by little, so I decided to do postcrossing again. Forgive me if someone has not received postcards and letters from me, write to me in private messages and I will definitely send it to whom I should have.

My main hobby is drawing. Now I’m trying to draw more and more often, as my plans for the profession have changed and now I’m thinking of connecting my life with drawing, because I like it and I’m unlikely to have enough willpower for something else. As Confucius sai: “Choose a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life”. Perhaps I will become an art teacher or a tattoo master.

I wrote about Japan here, but I wouldn’t be me if my plans and views hadn’t changed. I'd still like to go there, but I don't think I'll have the opportunity. Nowadays, life is becoming more and more difficult, but I try and don’t get upset about it.

A little more about me: I'm goth and I'm interested in this subculture and its music. I like to collect stickers, various papers, jewellery and dried flowers. I am a beginner cosplayer. I also collect crystals (minerals/gemstones). For now in my collection there are only: quartz, angelite, amethyst, blue agate, fire quartz and labradorite. I also study osteology, taxidermy, plants, criminal cases, history and more... I like to read books. I can sit all day reading some novel...

I really love communicating with people, so I'm glad that I can return to postcrossing. This is quite a bit about me, and if not my personal problems, I would continue doing my hobbies and finding new ones. But I’m recovering and trying to catch up. Thank you all for your understanding. U^ェ^U
