About miotintozinc...

Hello dear Postcrossers,

I'm a philatelic Japanese in my early 30s. My collection of stamps & postcards expands, expands and expands - I can't keep them anymore. So I decided to join in this project.

I like…
- Heinrich Vogeler or Art Nouveau, Jugendstil
- Sir Edward Burne-Jones or Pre-Raphaelite, Arts & Crafts
- Andrew Wyeth
- Ivan Bilibin
etc. etc.
Actually if you could kindly check my "favourites", you can see there everything I like. I'm really grateful to all Postcrossers for sending these lovely cards, thanks!

And like many other people I also like reading, movies and music.
My favourites are…
- Detective stories by Agatha Christie, G.K. Chesterton
- Science Fiction by Connie Willis, Mike Resnick, Theodore Sturgeon, Christopher Priest
- Marcel Proust’s “A la recherche du temps perdu” (even though I can no French actually)
- Actors like Sam Rockwell, John Cusack, Simon Pegg
- Film directors like Joe Carnahan, Edgar Wright
- Coldplay, Radiohead, Sufjan Stevens, or Saint-Saens, Dvorak
etc. etc.
So postcards related these people or their works are of course very much appreciated, but if you could recommend something or someone to me, it’s more than enough, thanks!

I suppose now you might think I must be a very eccentric picky person, and I’m afraid I actually am. But it doesn’t mean I will be disappointed with your (multi-)view or touristic city cards. I just have a great expectation for your cards and messages.
Thank you for reading, sorry it's too long, now I’m going to stop.
