Hi there! My name is Mariëlle and I live in the best city in Holland! No, not Amsterdam!! ROTTERDAM!!

I love watching tvshows like Game of Thrones, Homeland, Orange is the new black, Prison Break and the Big Bang Theory, it's so hilarious, I love Sheldon!

I also love to read books, in particular thrillers, but also Harry Potter!!
I love movies like Thor, The Hobbit, Harry Potter, Stardust but also animation movies like Frozen. Leonardo diCaprio & Chris Hemsworth are my favourite actors. Claire Danes and Julia Roberts are my favourite actressess.

My other hobbies are jig saw puzzles & DIY projects like pimping candles & jars and bottles with paint & bows & ribbons, just knitted my first hat and made a jar of Lucky Stars (to give someone lots of luck), fun to do!

I'm very much into healthy cooking & baking, love (cup)cakes & chocolate!

I work as a Planning Agent at a big ICT company, surrounded by nerds (Sheldons!).

I have 2 cute hamsters: a boy Jax (gorgeous badboy from Sons of Anarchy..) & a girl Gigi (my favourite footballplayer Gianluigi Buffon from Italy..). I love all animals by the way, love going to the zoo here. My dream is to go on safari in Africa. Swimming with dolphins in Curacao was a dream come true.

Music!! It makes me happy! I like to go to concerts, I have been to Coldplay, Lenny Kravitz, Editors, Take That, Jamiroquai, George Michael, Robbie Williams, Michael Buble, Moby, too many to mention. I like lots of different music as you can see.

I love to go on holiday, most of the time in Europe, like Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, but also in Curacao, Mauritius & Mexico. I'm very interested in other cultures.

I have marked some cards as favourites, but EVERY card you send me makes me very happy, it's always a little gift to find a postcard in the mailbox, it makes me smile!!
