My Nickname is the former name of one of my favorite Hurtigruten-ships. Now the ship still belongs to Hurtigruten, but it's new name is Maud and it is no longer a Costals Steamer on the traditional route.
I love Nordic Countries. Have been at Danmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Faroer Islands and Finland icluding the fantasitic Aland Islands. I'm intersted in Tall Ships (big Sailing Ships), Hurtigruten and other ships, Geocaching, Sewing, Handcraft, Travelling, and many other things. I've an amateurradio callsign, but not active at the moment.
I love taking photos, for example northern lights and from time to time I design my own postcards and let them print professional. Some of my designed postcards are printed and sold at www.danacards.de. They sell postcards for charity.
Every nice postcard is welcome, please only real postcards. Prefer to recieve them with nice real stamps (not the printed labels) and without an envolope, if possible.
I have some special collections and favourited cards, so if you want to make me really happy, look at that list (random order).
I myself love such lists and finding a matching card for the person I send a card to:
As I do not have an album with photos of my received cards, I have made some list at google docs for me. So if you like to avoid duplicates, you can have a look at the lists (links).

If you speak a scandinavian language (norwegian, swedish or danish) it would be great if you could write in that language. I should understand it without translation.
