Some things about me:

About me:
I work at a public library for over 34 years. I used to be a librarian. I still work at this library but now I'm working in the communication department. I love my job very much.
I'm unmarried, have no children, have a few good friends and I love spending time (cooking, eating, talking) with friends and family.

My hobby's:
- collecting cats (no real ones;-( because I live next to a busy road)
- collecting stamps; but only with cats [easy to collect] or bobbinlace [very difficult to collect]
- collecting postcards with cats
- making lace (bobbinlace)
- reading thrillers and detectives or looking to them on television (american, english or german crimeseries)
- studying (graphic design)
- going on holidaytrips (Asian countries)
- photography and than put my pictures in digital photo-albums
- making my own cloths (sewing, knitting)

Postcards:
- I like postcards with cats: my favourite pets. Big ones, small ones, kittens or old ones and in all kinds of colours or black/white, photographs or drawings etc. I hope to see complete different postcards than the onesI see in my country.
- If you can't find a cat-card then cards with all kinds of needlework are welcome (bobbin-lace, knitting, chrochet, embroidery, making clothes, sewing-machines, needles and threads, quilting, weaving etc. etc. For instance on paintings, drawings or in real on a picture or photograph). I'm curious about all the needlecrafts in other parts of the world.
- Cards with books, magazines, people reading, libraries, bookstores, bookshelves etc
Please, it would be nice if you could write a few words in your own language (and a translation in english or german).
