Hello everybody!

My name is Roseline. I live in a beautiful region called the Eastern Townships in the Province of Quebec. It is the largest province in Canada. it is three times the size of France. Most people live south of the province along the St-Lawrence river. Sherbrooke is about 45 minutes from the American border (Vermont). Seven million people live in Quebec They speak French and some English.

I enjoy writing to friends, reading Canadian Literature, Mysteries (Gordon Ferris, Ian Rankin, Henning Mankell), music, singing, opera, travelling abroad, gardening, bird watching, baking, swimming. I don't like winter as much as I did when I was young. Winters can come early and go on forever her. My two cats hate winter.

I hope to receive scenic cards of your town or area. I love landscapes (mountains, coasts, lakes), nature scenes, city landmarks, city views, interesting architecture. Please don't send sunsets, girlie cards, homemade cards or cheap ad cards that cost you nothing.

Tell me about yourself but say something that is not in your profile. Make it interesting to read to someone who has never been to your country. Say as much as you can. I don't like to receive postcards that say very little.
