About Moniek...
Hello,
I am Moniek, 44 years old from The Netherlands. I am married and have 2 children, a boy Gabriël (17) and a girl Ysabelle (12). I work at a law office as an Office Manager.
I am a big fan of Michael Jackson, who passed away in 2009, on the birthday of my son. For the rest of my life that day will be one of mixed emotions, happiness for my son and grief for losing Michael. In memory of Michael I got myself a beautiful tattoo on my ankle.
I want to learn more about other countries, so I would like you to tell me about your country, the people and so on. What do you do in daily life? I really don't like the cards with only "greetings" or "happy postcrossing" on it, tell me more! Please only send cards of country of origine, like Eiffeltower only from France and Chinese wall only from China.
I collect UNESCO WHS cards (tentatives as well), so if you have one, please do not hesitate to send it to me, I would be absolutely thrilled!! Tell me what the card shows, have you been there and if so, what did you think of it?
If you really want to make me happy, I love these cards too:
*Michael Jackson of course! my collection: http://goo.gl/7GHCr
*UNESCO, my collection: http://goo.gl/5tkGvR
*paintings by Michelangelo, Rafaël and Leonardo da Vinci (so Italian Renaissance art in general), Rubens, see here: http://goo.gl/T6PXTA (I do not really like modern art)
*Gotochi, my collection: http://goo.gl/YHgKv
*royalties of your country, my collection: http://goo.gl/xZXkUC
*Jetoy Cats, my collection: http://goo.gl/HTH1W6
*German city cards (Ortsschild-Postkarten), my collection: http://goo.gl/5bpT1
*Keep calm, my collection: http://goo.gl/gCcxAM
*Kontraste, my collection: http://goo.gl/nrQhbX
*Greetings from..., my collection: http://goo.gl/7V3AFz
Or check my favorites, those are the ones I have NOT received yet! And if possible, check my received cards to avoid duplicates please. :-)
Please no advertising cards, handmade, cards cut out of boxes cereal or things like that or photo's. I prefer single view over multiview. I am also no a big fan of cartoons, animals or flowers.
A real stamp makes the card more special to me, together with a postmark it shows me more of the travel it took to find my home. That's why I love the card to be sent without an envelope. I do think a handwritten message is more personal, although I use a labelwriter myself too for the address. Would you be so kind to write the date on the card?
Greetings, Moniek
Expired cards: too many: see here: http://goo.gl/0y8Dhn
