Hello, everyone!
My name is Maria. I am 30 years old. I'm from Krasnoyarsk City, which is the capital of Siberia, Russia. Siberia is a region of incredible beauty where you can find something for everyone like mountains, rivers, boundless forests and thousands of lakes.
I work as a teacher of English. It's a very important job here as only 10% of the Russians can speak any foreign language! My students are children and adults who learn English for a better job, further education or just for travelling and fun! My classes never get me bored as it's my passion to explore the world and share it with my students. Though my English level is quite good, I still do my best to master it. That's why I read newspapers and women's magazines in original, read books of British and American writers, watch BBC WORLD everyday and a lot of series. My favourite series are historical dramas like Peaky Blinders, Otlander, Vanity Fair, Downton Abbey, Les Miserables, Mr.Selfrige (from BBC and ITV) and female dramedies like Sex and the city, Gossip Girl, Dynasty, the Bold Type, the Fosters, Good Trouble. Besides, I'm keen on travelling, learning French, culinary and literature.
I speak English, Russian and French so you're welcome to write me in these languages! I collect coins and banknotes so I'll be happy to get these items from your country. I also would like to get some newspapers in your language, so you can send me some articles or whole newspapers\magazines. I use all of these authentic materials in my teaching to bring some real life into my classroom.

PLEASE! Write some words about yourself, your family, house, pets, hobbies and job. My students and I will be very delighted as we read and translate all the postcads and find your places on the map.
