About markopolo...

Hey! I am Anastasiya. And I'm glad to be in postcrossing!
My main passion is reading. I really enjoy reading, I read constantly, so I will always be happy if in your postcard you write me what books you like and why.
In addition, you can write about anything! About yourself, about the traditions and peculiarities of your country and the town where you live, about your mood, about what happened to you during the past day, about everything! I will be very interested)
I also love the old movies. Postcards with scenes from any movie, with directors, actors, posters of such a movie will make my day!

Other themes of cards:
- book themes: writers of your country or maybe even city/town, characters of books and so on ("BIBLIOPHILIA: 100 Literary Postcards" will make me happy! I have only R.W.Emerson, L.N. Tolstoy, W.Whitman and E.Bronte);
- mythical creatures: mermaids, gnomes, brownies, etc. sorcerers, witches, Greek gods and not only;
- works of art: paintings, sculptures, etc.;
- maxicard;
- Keep calm...;
- science, scientists. I really like cards from the collection of women in science (and women in art too);
- Harry Potter;
- The Simpsons;
- Arthur Beckham;
- works by Czech artists A.Mucha and Eduard Barth;
- cards with climbers, sailors, travelers, polar explorers and other people who associate their profession and life with great nature;
- Kartinka.24 series, and similar postcards from other countries;
- GF, FOTW, MOTW, Word Cloud, WT, World Explorer and other card series;
- Adventurer series;
- beautiful illustrations on any subject.

If you decide to send me a postcard with a landmark in your city or country, please tell me about this place / building / sculpture. I am sure that every attraction has its own interesting history (event, legend, historical person), I am very interested to know about it.

You understand that this is not a closed list, but only what came to my mind!
You can send cards in the envelope and without - I do not care. The more postage stamps, the better. I love decorating cards and filling them as much as possible. If you are the same, then I will be very pleased to see the result of your creative impulses!

I'm in the process of digitizing my collection, but some of it is already here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/154308213@N08/albums/

Thank you and happy postcrossing!
