Hi,

I'm Marjon and I live in village in the north of the Netherlands. I live together with my boyfriend, 2 cats and 2 chickens. I'm studying archaeology and landscape history.

I love nature, walking by the sea or hiking through the woods.
Traveling and seeing new places is one of my favorite things to do. I like meeting new people, make new friends, and learn about different cultures.
One of my passions is cooking. I love to try new recipes, learn new things and try recipes from different cultures, use new ingredients and flavours. I would love to hear your favourite dish/ snack from your country or region.
I'm a creative person. I like to draw and paint. I love art. Like impressionism, Italian renaissance, romanticism, Peter Paul Rubens, Jan Steen and lot more. I'm also interested in architecture especially strange local architecture, castles, cathedrals and ruins.
My favourite music bands are ACDC, Volbeat, Nightwish. But I listen to almost every genre. I like to watch fantasy series and crime series.
For sports I like to do yoga and play dodgeball.

I adore reading, so if you know a lovely or a fascinating book. I would love to hear it!

-architecture, old buildings, towers, castles, lighthouse, famous buildings, or another piece of (pre)history from your country city village.

I love reading stories on a postcard. Maybe you can write something in your own language.
