Hey there! My name is Tim, I'm 40 years old and live in State College, Pennsylvania, USA. I studied architecture & art history with a bit of poetry thrown in at Penn State University and work for the University Libraries. I speak English, can read & speak a bit of German and am trying to learn Italian.

I'm just an average postcard collector who thinks this will be a fun way to add to my collection. Reminds me of the pen pals we used to have in grade school. I'll probably be able to match some of my unused, duplicate postcards with other people's preferences.

Looking forward to exchanging different cards and learning something about those who send them.

As for my interests, I'll list them below, but I'll be happy with anything, as this will be a new category in my collection.

Interests:

- Architecture: anything unique, bonus points if it's something you have a connection with, from your hometown, one of your favorite buildings, architects, etc.

- city parks, plazas & other designed landscapes

- Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Italy

- Art: bonus points for art or artists that I've never heard of, always looking to learn new things

- Pennsylvania: my home State

- Libraries, book shops, books, authors, or anything related to literature

- Stadiums, arenas and other sporting venues

- old linen postcards

- home made postcards: if you're the creative type, I'd love to have a home made postcard
