Hey postcrossers!

I am Malou, 30 years and a fresh mom since three months. Even though i have a pretty stable life ' huisje, boompje, beestje' ( lit. Translation house, tree, animal meaning settling down) still miss being spontanious and do stuff that i do not everyday. This idea of postcrossing is brilliant, to get in touch with others beside your relatives. To hear what other people do, how their days look like, what is on their minds. Love love love to receive and send postcards.

Me, i am a nurse in the public health field, infectious diseases, especially the venereal kind. I love my job, see a lot of weird stuff that makes things interesting. I live in the south of the netherlands, state called Noord Brabant. There is a saying that this state is the most joie de vivre or joy for life with good food, drinks and laughter in the Netherlands. The city is called Den Bosch or 's- Hertogenbosch but that is probably very hard to pronounce for foreigners :)

I have a boyfriend named Frank ( everyone has a weird uncle Frank :) and a son called Teide. Dont laugh but our kid is named after the vulcano in Tenerife, where we were at when we discovered that we were pregnant. He is a bit ginger so the name suits well!

I love nature, animals ( the fluffier the better, like alpacas) sailing, travelling, burning a nice fire (secret pyromaniac :) memes ( yes 9 gag lover),
