Hello

i am Heike and I was born and grew up in Leipzig. I love my hometown, where I live with my husband and my adult childrens (22,21 and 19) in the outskirts of the city. That's where I find rest from work. I am an educator and working in a kindergarden for children with disabilities. I also teach yoga for kids.
I love the peace and quiet, I love yoga. I like reading and jogging. The outdoor pursuits I undertake to create new energy.
I do meditation every day and i try to live here and now.
