About Magda...

Hello!
I love the idea of postcrossing. I have my own collection of postcards from places I've visited, but I'll never be able to see everything - and this postcards exchange can make me feel like I'm travelling again. And they look great above my desk at work, they make me smile :)

Few words about me:
- I love to travel. I used to hitch-hike a lot.
- I teach Polish language for foreigners. It's a big challenge for me, but it also gives me a lot of fun and satisfaction. I teach mostly Ukrainians and Russians at the moment.
- I play ukulele a bit.
- I love scottish and irish music (I even used to dance scottish and irish dances, but I ended up with a broken foot).
- I love Disney movies, especially The Lion King.

What kind of postcards I'd like to receive?
*Look at my FAVOURITES
- Cartoon characters (especially Disney! <3)
- TV show Friends
- Lego
- Batman, Superman and other guys with superpowers
- Pin up girls and "old american style"
- Cards related to Scotland or Hawaii
- Folklor (especially ukrainian/russian)
- Russian quotes
- posters
- Shiba Inu dog
- Any card that would make you happy if you got it :)

I'm NOT a big fan of typical postcards from the city (you know, many pictures, name of the city). I don't like this kind of postcards.

If you wonder what you should write, I would be thankfull for something in your own language - word that sounds nice to you, a quotation you like, your motto for life, a recipe, or what did you eat today for breakfast. Basically - anything you can think of :) What's important to me is that the postcard is not just in english (you can of course do the translation as well).
Or maybe you have a secret to share? :)

Please - no free / ad / handmade cards! And NO ENVELOPES!
