Hello all,

I am Sheela from Chennai. My daughter has added me to Postcrossing and I am slowly getting used to it. I am a housewife with 2 adult daughters. I am quite a patient person. I read self-help books,and lately books on philosophy. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle is my favorite. I love traveling in my country as much as I would like traveling around the world. I am a great cook - my daughters say so, though it becomes boring to think about cooking thrice a day :P . I love teaching and children and hope to get into that one day.

I love cards with cartoon character, beautiful landscapes, traditional pictures of your country (clothes,classical architecture,food etc). Paintings by Degas and Monet / Map cards/ Cards that have something written in your language are my all time favorites. If you have no clue about what to write tell me about

1.The thing that made you happiest in the past year.
2. What is it that your really want to do, but haven't done yet (it can be the craziest thing!)
