Greetings!
I have been collecting postcards for over thirty years, but I only discovered Postcrossing in the Summer of 2014. After a bit of a hiatus, I am back and active and cannot wait to receive your card!

My grandparents used to send me cards during their travels and my parents and friends picked up where my grandparents left off.

I am married, but have no children. My husband is a photographer and I am a department manager at my local university. We are aunt and uncle to a girl, four boys, and a few dogs too! :)

My hobbies include reading, cooking, basic crocheting, cross-stitching, gardening, playing board and card games, and scrap-booking (it is the best way I've found to both manage and enjoy my growing postcard collection). I am currently taking a class in astrobiology through my university. I enjoy watching basketball and hockey (live and on television) as well. I have recently taken up yoga. I am not very stable in some poses, but I am learning and enjoying it very much.

I also use my enjoyment of postcards to fight voter suppression here in the United States through Postcards to Voters (https://postcardstovoters.org).
