Hello, my name is Laura. I live in the United States, in the state of Illinois, in a village named Peoria Heights. My village is basically in the middle of a city with around 120,000 people total. The city is called Peoria. First and foremost, I am a feminist, cat lover, avid reader, and caffeine addict. My drink of choice is always Coca-Cola. I live with my husband and my two animal children; my wonderful cat, Langley Linus, and my awesome dog, Snoopy. I am disabled and have a lot of free time on my hands, so I love getting mail and learning about different cultures. I am going to school to get my Master's degree in social work. I already have my Bachelor's degree in it and that took over 6 years to get. I think this other degree will be at the 6 year mark soon, but I am determined to succeed and I know I will.

I recently taught myself how to knit and I love building Legos. I must have at least 10 sets at home that I want to build. I just keep buying and buying them. I build them slowly though to savor the experience. My desk has turned into my Lego space so I have to do all my school work on the couch! My favorite holiday is Christmas and it is my favorite time of the year.
